Durbie Cab offers full time agency support and monitors the Durbie childminder through a personal notification group specifically for your family.

OUR CHILDMINDERS

“Experienced childminders – Outstanding Drivers.”

Your Durbie Cab Childminder has been or is in the process of being first-aid trained.
Driver license validity check as well as car service history.
All Childminders are over the age of 21 and have received or are in the process or receiving a PDP. (Professional Driving Permit)
A PDP also includes police clearance. No PDP’s are issued through the traffic department without police clearance.
CV’s are thoroughly screened, and references checked.
All relevant certification for childminding and teaching are also requested.
All childminders have vast experience with children.

OUR SERVICES

Private Transport:

Private transport provided between school, home & extra murals. We are not a shuttle, only the Durbie Cab driver and your child/children will be in the vehicle unless permission has been provided. Collection will be done according to the time you have specified on the sign up form - the driver will be there waiting for your child/children. We do not charge per child - we only charge per trip.

Aupair / Childminder:

Full day, half day and personalized childcare options are available.

In – home tutoring:

Tutoring assistance offered per hour to assist children with schoolwork.

Online Tutoring:

Online tutoring assistance offered per hour to assist children with online school. Online Tutoring via Zoom, Google or Whatsapp call.

Student Teacher Assistance:

Parents can request a student teacher to assist with specialized tutoring. We have a few lovely ladies available. This will work on a first come, first serve basis.

For an accurate & personalised quote; please email Durbie Cab with your scheduled requirements & the selected service from above.Upon accepting the quote you will need to send back the completed registration forms. Your personal notification group is then created.

STEP 2:

MEET YOUR CHILDMINDER

Once you have sent the family registration forms and processed the once-off placement fee of R150, Durbie Cab will source the perfect childminder for you within 5 - 10 working days according to your requirements.

STEP 3:

TRANSPORT BEGINS

A qualified Durbie Cab childminder is assigned to your family & a meeting is arranged. If you are happy with your childminder, the service will begin and you will start receiving notifications once each required service is completed.
